CANCELLATION POLICY
At Naturally Chic Salon, we are committed to providing every guest with an exceptional and personalized experience. To ensure the highest quality of service for all clients, we ask that you please review and respect the following policies. By booking an appointment, you agree to these terms. New Client Booking Requirement If this is your first visit to Naturally Chic Salon or if it’s been over 6 months since your last appointment, you’ll be considered a new client. All new clients are required to book a New Client Service for their first appointment. This allows us the time to properly assess your hair, discuss your goals, and create a customized plan to support your healthy hair journey. Appointments booked incorrectly will be denied approval or adjusted to the appropriate service. Non-Refundable Booking Fee A booking fee is required to secure your appointment: ∙ $25 for services under $100 ∙ $50 for services $100 and up This fee will be applied toward your service balance at checkout. If you cancel, reschedule, or no-call/no-show, your booking fee will be retained and applied as a cancellation fee. Cancellation Policy A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel your appointment. Your booking fee will be retained as your cancellation fee regardless of when you cancel. To cancel, contact the salon via text or through your confirmation email or booking profile. Rescheduling Policy A new booking fee is required to reschedule your appointment. Rescheduling requests must be made at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. To reschedule, your current appointment will be canceled and your booking fee will be retained as a cancellation fee. You must rebook and pay a new booking fee to secure your new date. Excessive rescheduling may result in denial of future booking requests. Late Arrival Policy A 5-minute grace period is provided. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being canceled or rescheduled to avoid impacting the next client. If rescheduling is necessary, a new booking fee will be required. No-Call / No-Show Policy Failure to show up to your scheduled appointment without contacting the salon via phone or text will be considered a no-show. No-shows will not be permitted to book future appointments at the salon. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
