CANCELLATION POLICY

At Naturally Chic Salon, we are committed to providing every guest with an exceptional, personalized experience. To ensure the highest quality of service for all clients, please review the following policies carefully. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these policies. New Client Booking Requirement: If this is your first visit to Naturally Chic Salon, or if it has been more than 6 months since your last appointment, you will be considered a new client. All new clients are required to book a New Client Service for their first appointment. This allows adequate time to assess your hair, discuss your goals, and create a customized plan to support your healthy hair journey. Appointments booked incorrectly may be denied approval or adjusted to the appropriate service. Naturally Chic Salon serves guests 18 years of age and older. Non-Refundable Booking Fee: A booking fee is required to reserve your appointment: • $25 for services under $100 • $50 for services $100 and above Your booking fee will be applied toward your service total at checkout. Booking fees are non-refundable. If you cancel, reschedule, arrive excessively late, or no-show your appointment, the booking fee will be retained and applied as a cancellation fee. Cancellation Policy: A booking fee is required to reserve your appointment and is non-refundable. If you cancel your appointment for any reason, your booking fee will be retained and applied as your cancellation fee, regardless of when the cancellation occurs. To cancel your appointment, please text the phone number provided in your confirmation email. Online cancellations are not available. A minimum of 48 hours' notice is appreciated. Excessive cancellations may result in denial of future booking requests. Rescheduling Policy: If you need to reschedule your appointment, your current appointment will be canceled and your original booking fee will be retained as a cancellation fee. To secure a new appointment date, you must book a new appointment and pay a new non-refundable booking fee. Rescheduling requests must be made by texting the phone number provided in your confirmation email. Online rescheduling is not available. Excessive rescheduling may result in denial of future booking requests. Late Arrival Policy: A 5-minute grace period is provided. Guests arriving more than 15 minutes late may have their appointment canceled or rescheduled to avoid impacting subsequent appointments. If your appointment must be rescheduled due to late arrival, a new non-refundable booking fee will be required to reserve another appointment. No-Call / No-Show Policy: Failure to arrive for your scheduled appointment without contacting the salon by phone or text will be considered a no-call/no-show. Guests who no-call/no-show will forfeit their booking fee and will not be permitted to schedule future appointments at Naturally Chic Salon.
